Welcome to pul1906.org, the online home of the Pi Upsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. For over a century, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. has been the leader in the betterment of African-American men and society as a whole. The brothers of Pi Upsilon Lambda (PUL) Chapter continue that tradition by striving to uphold our fraternity’s motto, “First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All.”
Serving the Prince George’s County, Maryland area for over 18 years, Pi Upsilon Lambda Chapter makes a difference in our community through the successful implementation of the fraternity’s national programs: Go-To-High School, Go-To-College; A Voteless People is a Hopeless People; Brother’s Keepers; and Project Alpha, our mentoring program for young males. In addition, PUL has well-established programs, such as our annual clothing drive, highway cleanups, children’s hospital & nursing home visitations, our annual Fathers' Day Breakfast, and Project Learn, our flagship-tutoring program fulfilling our Go-To-High School, Go-To-College initiative. We have been recognized by the local March of Dimes as a top fundraiser in Prince George's County, and several of our brothers serve as mentors through the fraternity's partnership with Big Brothers, Big Sister.
